Here they are again, the famous wide leg jeans…I did tell you they would make lots of appearance’s on this blog! I really can’t get enough of them. I created this outfit for evening drinks with some friends, I needed something fashionable but really relaxed, and here we go!
I am so happy the milkmaid top has made it’s way back into fashion, I love how many different styles there are from the trend too. There’s dresses, bodies, jumpsuits, and they are all so pretty and cute. I fell in love with this top the minute I saw it, I don’t tend to wear many crop tops these days but I just had to get this! I got it from Boohoo, a brand that I don’t normally shop with but thought I would give it a go, and I’m defiantly not disappointed. The fabric is so comfortable and really thick and stretchy, it sits perfectly on your shoulders. I didn’t have to pull the straps up once throughout the night, even when we spent some time on the dance floor! What I really love about this top is that it is so flattering on smaller bust girls, however I would defiantly recommend wearing a strapless bra underneath, as when I tried to go bra less it didn’t fill the top out quite so nice. It is quite loose fitting which to me is a plus, and the simple spot print is complemented with a lovely frilled hem. I know I will defiantly get my moneys worth out of this top!
I haven’t accessorized this look as I really didn’t feel I needed it. I have some small pearl stud earrings in and again am wearing my air force. I promise I do have other trainers, they are just soooo comfy!! I wore my small off the shoulder bag from Topshop, my absolute favorite at the moment. Honestly the perfect size if you only need your purse and a lipstick! It really enhances any outfit with the gold interlocking chains, I would normally choose to wear it with a more casual outfit but you could easily wear this out for an event or special occasion!
